Goooood day everyone.

I will be doing some live art tonight at the "Nirali pop-up boutique". I will be recreating the "Nirali" name as a graffiti burner with paint markers...

Nirali pop-up boutique – April 8

This is Michael from Red Branch, I hope you’re well.  I wanted to send you some information on a pop-up boutique event this April 8th that I think Refinery may be interested in covering.  The Nirali Collection (www.wearsnirali.com) is a pop up shopping experience featuring clothes, jewelry, shoes and bags curated from all over the world, including shoes by the “Jimmy Choo of Brazil”, dresses off the catwalks of Mumbai and unique necklaces by Indian artisans that won’t be seen anywhere else.  Shoppers will find stunning pieces (priced from $50.00 to $500.00) for their wardrobe that will not be seen on everyone else in the city as there will only be 1 to 3 of every piece in the collection available (check out the photos below to see some of Nirali’s finds).

Nirali, which means unique, provides just that – one night only to shop a carefully curated selection of international fashion and accessories designers, many unavailable anywhere else in the U.S., featuring limited edition and one-of-a-kind pieces to take you from work to play, desk to dinner.  Some notable featured designers include Sarah Chofakian, the "Jimmy Choo of Brazil" (http://www.sarahchofakian.com.br/inverno2009/ingles/); Malini Ramani, a staple in India Vogue (http://www.maliniramani.com/);  jewelry designer Jamini Ahluwalia, popular with Bollywood designers and fashion stylists; Claudette Lopez’ one-of-a-kind hand painted silk and cotton dresses; Paradecka from Poland’s new clothes made from vintage finds - no two pieces are identical so you will never meet anyone dressed exactly the same (www.paradecka.com).

Celebrity make-up artist, and runway make-up artistry pioneer, Linda Mason of The Art of Beauty will be there with her team of artists to offer personalized make-up palette creations for shoppers, and while you’re sipping a cocktail and exploring the fashion finds, internationally acclaimed jazz singer Sachal Vasandani will be entertaining in the early evening, followed by a DJ as the night progresses.

Where:  Chacala, 394 Broadway (4th Floor), New York City
